CSJ Suit Against N.J.

For Unconstitutional Denial of Immigrant Medicaid Rights

The class action suit Seton Hall’s Center for Social Justice and Gibbons, P.C., filed against New Jersey for violating permanent residents' equal protection rights under the United States and New Jersey Constitutions was featured in the Wall Street Journal, Star Ledger, Asbury Park Press, The Record, The Daily Record, The Courier Post, Home News & Tribune, The Jersey Journal, MSNBC, PolitickerNJ, Newsday, Immigration Prof Blog and other media throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.  

CSJ’s Professors Baher Azmy and Jenny-Brooke Condon, Clinical Teaching Fellow Rachel Lopez, and students Lynn Lee ’11 and Danielle Alvarez ‘11 are on the case.
