Daniel Levy is a Member in the Health Care and Life Sciences and Labor and Employment practices in Epstein, Becker & Green's Newark office. Mr. Levy litigates trade secret, non-compete, non-solicitation, raiding, and other restrictive covenant matters in numerous industries, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, health care, financial services, and retail. Mr. Levy also represents employers in litigation concerning harassment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of employment contracts, tort claims and restrictive covenants, and advises health care entities on day-to-day workplace issues, including hiring and firing, implementation of employment policies and compliance with federal and state laws.

Prior to joining Epstein, Becker & Green, Mr. Levy was a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph P. Quinn, Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Part, Monmouth Vicinage.

Dan is an avid baseball player who plays in an amateur, wooden bat, baseball league. He also enjoys playing golf, running and Alpine hiking. Dan volunteers with various organizations and is a former Emergency Medical Technician.
