Daniel Levy is an Associate in the Health Care and Life Sciences and Labor and Employment practices in the firm's Newark office. Mr. Levy: Counsels health care entities and other businesses on various complex commercial litigation and pre-litigation issues; Represents employers in litigation concerning harassment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of employment contracts, tort claims and restrictive covenants; Advises health care entities on day-to-day workplace issues, including hiring and firing, implementation of employment policies and compliance with federal and state laws.
Prior to joining EBG, Mr. Levy was a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph P. Quinn, Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Part, Monmouth Vicinage.
Dan is an avid baseball player who plays in an amateur baseball league in Morris County. He also enjoys playing golf, running and Alpine hiking. Dan volunteers with various organizations, including as an Emergency Medical Technician in Monmouth County.
