John Cascarano is an Attorney at Law at the Failla Law Group, LLC, where he practices in a diverse field of areas including commercial litigation, transactions, and real estate. Prior to this he was the Litigation Attorney for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. Prior to joining the NJ Turnpike, he was an Assistant Counsel in the Authorities Unit of the Office of Governor Chris Christie, which oversees more than 50 authorities throughout the state.

Prior to joining the Governor's Office, Mr. Cascarano served as Deputy Chief Counsel to the New Jersey Assembly Republican Caucus. In that position, he served in an in-house role to the Members, assisted with a variety of matters ranging including the drafting of legislation. Prior to working for the General Assembly, Mr. Cascarano was an Assistant Prosecutor in the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office. Immediately following law school, Mr. Cascarano served as judicial clerk to The Honorable Ronald Marmo, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Criminal Part.

Mr. Cascarano is a 2007 graduate of Seton Hall Law School and a 2004 graduate of Montclair State University. Mr. Cascarano is married to a fellow Seton Hall Law alumnus, and believes in public service. In 2014, he was elected to a term on the Borough of Caldwell Council, and is currently an Assistant Prosecutor for the Borough of Haledon, and Alternate Prosecutor for the City of Hoboken.
