Erika Lopes-McLeman is an associate in the Litigation Department of the firm's New Jersey office. Ms. Lopes-McLeman joined Patton Boggs in 2012, after serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Stuart J. Rabner, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
In a law school, Ms. Lopes-McLeman was both a Distinguished and Chancellor's Scholar. She represented the law school at the Federal Bar Association's Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Competition and won the Best Brief award at Fordham Law School's Kaufman Memorial Securities Law Moot Court Competition. Ms. Lopes-McLeman also served as senior articles editor for the Seton Hall Circuit Review. Prior to law school, she attended the Tuck Business Bridge Program at Dartmouth and worked as a lead legal assistant at one of American Law's five largest U.S. law firms.
Ms. Lopes-McLeman is fluent in Hindi and completed coursework in Marathi, Arabic and Italian.
