AMANDA LAUFER CAMELOTTO

Amanda Laufer Camelotto is an Associate at DLA Piper LLP (US) in Short Hills, where she concentrates her practice in the area of complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining DLA Piper, Amanda served as a federal law clerk for three years in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. From 2013 to 2014, she clerked for the Honorable Madeline Cox Arleo, then a Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey. Thereafter, Amanda clerked for the Honorable James B. Clark, III, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey, before returning to Judge Arleo upon her elevation to District Judge. Prior to clerking, Amanda was a litigation associate at Patton Boggs LLP in Newark, New Jersey.
Amanda graduated magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2012. While pursuing her law degree, she served as a senior editor for the Seton Hall Law Review, a student attorney in the Center for Social Justice Family Law Clinic, and as a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board. In 2009, Amanda received her B.A. in American Studies from Cornell University.
Amanda and her husband Andrew (Seton Hall class of ‘11) live in Hoboken, New Jersey.
