KIMBERLY A. FRANKO
Class of 2012
Kim is a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, U.S.D.J., of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to becoming a Judicial Clerk, Kim was an associate in the New Jersey Office of Carroll McNulty & Kull LLC where she practiced general litigation, with an emphasis on insurance coverage.
During law school, Kim served the Seton Hall Law community as Chair of the Honor Council. As a student, Kim interned for the Office of the Council President for the City of Newark, the Honorable Garrett E. Brown, Jr., U.S.D.J., the United States Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey, and the Environmental Protection Agency Office of Regional Counsel in New York. Kim also participated in the Center for Social Justice Impact Litigation Clinic.
In 2009, Kim received her B.A., manga cum laude, from Seton Hall University and is an avid fan of Seton Hall Pirates Basketball.
