Brett Anders is a partner in the Morristown office of Jackson Lewis LLP, a national law firm devoted exclusively to representing management in workplace-related matters. Brett has been with Jackson Lewis LLP since 1998 and has extensive experience in all types of employment litigation cases, including claims of discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination cases, violations of non-compete agreements, and wage/hour cases.

In addition to first-chairing litigation matters, Brett spends much of his time advising clients on day-to-day employment issues, including employee discipline and termination decisions, conducting investigations of employee complaints, disability accommodation requests and reductions-in-force. Brett is also the co-chair of the firm’s E-Discovery and Workplace Technology practice group and frequently speaks and lectures regarding e-discovery and other employment law topics.

When not practicing law, Brett is a loyal supporter of the New jersey Devils and a golfer and skier (as well as a novice triathlete).
