Prosecutor Bianchi was formally nominated and unanimously confirmed to serve as the Morris County Prosecutor. He graduated from Providence College in 1985, having graduated with high honors and thereafter earned his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1988.
Mr. Bianchi began his legal career as an Assistant Prosecutor at the busy Hudson County Prosecutor's Office in 1989. He remained in that office for 7 years where he tried numerous felony cases.
In 1996, Mr. Bianchi left the office to become a law partner with his father Angelo (Buddy) Bianchi. For the next 11 years, Mr. Bianchi gained invaluable experience in other areas of law, such as, criminal defense cases, police practice cases, civil rights, and employment litigation matters.
