Elaine A. Rocha is Vice President and Division Counsel for Cat Excess Liability and Division Counsel for Excess Casualty, divisions of AIG in New York City. Prior to joining AIG, Elaine was a senior associate with the law firm of Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti in Morristown, NJ where, in addition to being a member of the firm's Diversity and Recruiting committees, she also served as a mentor for the firm’s summer associate program for several years. While at Riker, Elaine focused her practice on insurance coverage litigation for both foreign and domestic carriers.

Elaine is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the District of Columbia and is also admitted to practice law as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

In her free time Elaine enjoys running, including half marathons, traveling, skiing, going to the beach, and shoe shopping. She is also an avid fan of the New York Giants and the New York Yankees.
