Departmental Faculty
Seton Hall Law faculty teaching corporate and transactional courses combine years of experience as legal practitioners–in the world’s leading corporations, not-for-profit organizations and top law firms–with expertise as leading academics in their respective fields of transactional law. They advise students on the practical, “real-world” application of the law while encouraging them to explore the scholarly aspects of the law through research and in-depth discussion. Our professors’ own academic research touches on a broad range of issues and topics from tax law, cyberspace law, affirmative action, antitrust, bankruptcy, contracts, science and the law, environmental policy, securities, and employment discrimination.
