Refund / Privacy Policy

REFUND POLICY

Cancellations: Individual cancellations must be received no later than 21 days before the start of the Healthcare Compliance Certification Program.  

1. Cancellations received at least 21 days before the start of the Program will receive a refund of registration fees, less a $100 administrative fee. 
   
2. Cancellations received between 11 and 20 days before the start of the Program will receive a 50% refund.
3. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received within 10 days of the start of the Program.
   

Roll-over/Substitutions: Individuals unable to attend may roll-over their registration once or, alternatively, may send a substitute from their place of business.  Roll-over or substitution notifications must be received no later than 21 days before the start of the Program.  For substitutions, please forward the name of the person who is not coming and the contact information for the individual who will be taking his or her place to catherine.finizio@shu.edu.   If you have questions or concerns, please contact Catherine Finizio at catherine.finizio@shu.edu or 973-642-8871.

PRIVACY POLICY

KEEPING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION PRIVATE AND SECURE IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY. We do not collect any personal information unless you provide it to us or authorize its release to us.  When you transact business on our website, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address and a telephone number.  This information is used to process your registration and your payment.  We do not sell, trade or rent your information to other parties.
