Does this Program qualify for continuing legal education (CLE) credits?

Yes, in addition to the Program certificate, attendees may apply for CLE credit as follows:

NEW YORK and NEW JERSEY: Seton Hall Law School is an accredited provider for New York and New Jersey CLE credit. Attendees may apply for NY and/or NJ CLE by completing the CLE section of the program registration form. Approximately 20-24 credit hours of CLE are available. Other States: Attorneys wishing to receive CLE credits outside of New York/New Jersey may need to fulfill additional requirements and are advised to contact their respective state Supreme Courts/CLE Boards prior to attending the program.
