Professor Pasquale joined Seton Hall in 2004 after private practice in antitrust and intellectual property litigation and as clerk for the U.S.Court of Appeals. He teaches courses in Administrative Law; Intellectual Property Law; Technology, Human Rights, and Equality and, Health Care Financing and Regulation.
