  1. Personal Statement: Please submit a written essay of 2-3 typed pages, double spaced, explaining your reasons for applying to the Health, Science and Technology Program to helen.cummings@shu.edu.  Specifically discuss how the degree for which you are applying will help you achieve your personal and professional goals.  Also, please explain any lapse in employment.  Please put your name and social security number on each sheet of paper.
     
  2. LL.M.
