All Windows users need to upgrade their software to the newest version (6.5.0)
This version supports Windows 7 and also allows Vista and Windows 7 64-bit users to upload without error.  

Mac users: It is absolutely essential that every Mac upgrades their exam software to version 6.5.5!!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!
The Mac software now operates similarly to the PC software in that you download your exams and licenses and can now upload your exam wirelessly to PlanetSSI.
This version also supports Snow Leopard(OS 10.6.x).
