Refund Policy
Cancellations: Individual cancellations for the October 26-29, 2009 Healthcare Compliance Certification Program must be received no later than 5 p.m. on October 9, 2009. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after this date. Timely cancellations will receive a refund of registration fees, less a $100 administrative fee.
Rollover/Substitutions: Individuals unable to attend may instead roll over registration to the next program. Those who cannot make it have the option to send a substitute from their place of business. In this event, please forward the name of the person who is not coming and the contact information for the individual who will be taking his or her place.
