Meet the Director   

Welcome to Seton Hall Law School’s Healthcare Compliance Certification Program.  Initiated in 2004, the Program has been thoughtfully designed for compliance professionals and lawyers in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. The Program addresses the myriad of legal and regulatory issues faced by the pharmaceutical and device industries and the expanding and ever-changing body of law and developments that impact their compliance  programs.

The Program faculty are experts in pharmaceutical and device fraud and abuse issues and provides a curriculum which is both timely and valuable. Past attendees have repeatedly commented on the high caliber of the Program speakers and the value of the interactive nature of the Program. Attendees also receive extensive resource materials which will aid them in their ongoing compliance efforts.
