Panel Discussions Luncheon Reception and Keynote Speaker |
The Seton Hall Law Review will be hosting its annual Symposium on October 28, 2011, to explore recent changes in the structure of health care delivery, in particular the rising popularity of Accountable Care Organizations. By analyzing the theoretical structure of ACOs and then comparing that ideal to ACOs in practice, speakers will identify the many advantages of ACOs and areas where the current system can improve. The symposium includes a series of panel discussions presented by legal scholars and practitioners from around the country. Panelists will discuss structural development, public health implications, and lessons learned from state ACO programs. A keynote luncheon will be held at the Newark Club, featuring Dr. Jeffrey Brenner, founder of the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers.
