Selection Process

Students will be selected on a competitive rolling-admissions basis. Applications are strongly encouraged to apply early. Acceptances will be extended beginning December 1, 2008. Seton Hall welcomes students from schools throughout the United States and abroad. To be eligible, a student must have completed at least one year of legal study, either full or part time, at an accredited law school and be in good academic standing. Acceptance is subject to the receipt of a certified transcript and letter of good standing. In evaluating a student application, we look at the student's transcript, background, and general suitability for foreign travel and study. We will seek a diverse group of enrollees for the summer program.

Registration

nui_galwayRegistration for the program will close on April 15, 2009. Seats in the program are awarded on a first-come basis and secured by a non-refundable $250 deposit applied toward tuition. If additional places are available after April 15, students may be admitted subject to the discretion of the Program Director. The balance of the tuition is due May 15, 2009, unless other arrangements have been made.

Upon acceptance, students will be provided with an acceptance package explaining program procedures in detail. Students will also be notified of the forms and documents that need to be submitted in order to participate in the program.
