Financial Aid
Financial Aid  in the form of private loans through private providers―such as Law Loans or Law Access—may be available to U.S. citizens attending American Law Schools. Seton Hall Law students should apply for loans through our Financial Aid office. Students from other American law schools should apply for loans through their home schools. Foreign students should contact organizations in their home countries to inquire about financial assistance. Financing should be obtained well before the application deadline (recommended April 15, 2008) to ensure timely processing and availability of funds. Approved applicants must provide us with a copy of their student aid report and request that their school send us a financial aid consortium agreement. All balances must be paid in full prior to May 15, 2009, unless other arrangements have been made.

Travel
Program participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements except for travel between Leuven, Belgium to Galway, Ireland on July 18, 2009 which will be arranged and paid for by Seton Hall Law School. Students must submit proof of a valid passport and verifiable medical insurance coverage. Seton Hall Law can provide a listing of agencies that provide temporary insurance. Please verify your acceptance in the program and that your class attendance has been confirmed before purchasing nonrefundable airline tickets. Students should also familiarize themselves with current travel conditions before traveling. For up-to-date travel information, students may check the United States government website.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The sponsoring institutions reserve the right to cancel the program due to low enrollment, or if Galway, Ireland or Brussels, Belgium are declared to be areas of instability by the U.S. State Department or some other unforeseen and uncontrollable cause. In such case, registrants will be notified and tuition and educational fees will be refunded. Accepted applicants may cancel at any time prior to program commencement, but will forfeit the $250.00 deposit and may forfeit other fees, such as housing costs.
