On the Go with NJ TRANSIT / Discount Access Information
All full-time students are eligible to receive a 25% discount on NJ TRANSIT Monthly Passes for a limited time.
To receive the discount you must go into your PirateNet account* and click the “MyCommunity” tab. If the system considers you a fulltime student, you will see the image located on the right below. Then you would click the “Learn More” option to continue.
If the sysem does not consider you a fulltime student, you will see the image located on the left below. However, if you are a fulltime student and the system does not recognize you as a fulltime student or if there are any other issues in accessing the NJ TRANSIT discount option, please contact the Registrar's office at 973-642-8385.
