Student Rights and Responsibilities

It is important that all members of the Seton Hall Law community feel safe and respected. We ask students and staff to adhere to standards of conduct set forth by various institutional committees. Federal laws also protect members of the community from discrimination and harassment, or protect privacy in certain instances.

If a community member feels there has been a violation of any policy or law set forth below, the member is encouraged to report the violation using the SHUL311 system. Complaints submitted through SHUL311 are directed to the appropriate member of the administration for investigation. Using SHUL311 is not limited to the policies and laws listed on this page – you may use the system to report any concerns you may have, or notify the administration of things that could be done better.
