Confidentiality   

1. All members of the Probation and Grievance Committee shall keep in confidence all aspects of each case.
   
2. All records of Committee proceedings shall be kept confidential, unless the Dean or the full faculty authorizes otherwise.
   
3. Findings of discrimination shall be reported by the Associate Dean to the Office of Compliance of the University.
