The Teaching Faculty

Engaging in a wide array of legal scholarship, Seton Hall's faculty is one of the most productive and innovative in the nation.  Among the research subjects that have commanded attention are alternative medicine, religious liberty, international human rights, property and the public interest, food and drug laws, cyberspace law, bioethics, affirmative action, immigration justice, antitrust, science and the law, environmental policy, and employment discrimination.

Active involvement in the scholarly enterprise keeps Seton Hall faculty in the forefront of a constantly-evolving legal environment.  The classroom experience is enlivened by exposure to the latest developments in the courts and law journals.

Professor Michael Ambrosio (left) was the founder and first director of the Seton Hall Law School Clinical Programs.  He  has published in the areas of legal ethics and professional malpractice.
