  • What is the organization's history? What is its future direction?
  • What is the organization looking for in a summer associate, intern, or new attorney?
  • How is the work assigned, supervised, and evaluated?
  • How are new attorneys trained?
  • How has your client or funding base changed over the years?
  • What changes do you anticipate in the future?
  • Are there practice specialties you currently don't focus on that you would like to develop?
  • What role does technology play in the way the organization does business and communicates with clients or coalition members?
  • What is a typical day like for a summer associate, intern, or entry-level attorney?
