When describing a Lotus Notes problem please include the following data: When did the problem occur? On what law school PC where you on? Were you using Webmail or the full Lotus Notes Client? What Notes process where you trying to complete, such as loading the program, loading your database, moving from email to email, moving from email to folder?

If you were on your laptop or home PC please include the following data: When did the problem occur?  What kind of laptop or PC do you have, including CPU type, speed and ram size?  How were you connected to the Internet (cable modem, DSL or dial-up)?

If you are submitting a problem with an office phone or voicemail, please include the following data:  What office were you in when the problem occurred?  What is the extension of the phone?  Type of phone?  Describe in detail the nature of the problem.
