HOW TO USE THE SHARESCAN SCANNER |

Place document(s) Face Up in Document Feeder |

Press the Arrow in the top right hand corner of the screen to bring
up the ShareScan OP screen |

| 3. |
Press the Scan to Webmail icon (Seton Hall logo) |

 |
| 4. |
The scanner should automatically scan the documents in the feeder
and show you a preview. If it doesn’t, or if you need to add more
pages, place the documents in the feeder face up and press Scan More |

| 5. |
When scanning is completed, press Send |
| |

| 6. |
Type a name for your file and Press OK |

| 7. |
If you are satisfied with the name, press
Next
(Note: If you would like to change the name, press the File Name
field to return to the File Name screen) |

Type in your Webmail username (8 letter email username) and
Press Next |

| 9. |
Type in your Webmail password and Press OK (this may be
different than your Lotus Notes client password) |

 |
| 10. |
If the account information is correct, press
Next
(Note: If you would like to change your
username or password, press the appropriate button for each field to
return to the prior screen) |

Type as much of the recipient’s last name as possible, then press
Search (Note: If you are sending the document to a non-SHU email
address, you can simply type the full email address at this point, and
then press OK and go to Step 13) |

If the correct recipient does not appear at first,
use the arrow next to the name field to find the desired name. When the recipient’s name is located, press OK |

A confirmation screen will now appear. If the information is
correct, press Send |
| 14. |
At this point you can scan a new document or send the current
document to another person. If your job is complete, press Done |
