If you do not own a laptop or yours does not meet our specifications, we STRONGLY recommend you purchase a SHU Law DLC approved Lenovo model at the student/alumni discounted price.

Why? Support... The Division of Legal Computing supports many IBM/Lenovo laptops more extensively than other brands, including maintaining complete hard drive images. If your IBM/Lenovo system should encounter a software problem and require a re-image, our current images can be applied quickly. Other models and brands (such as Dell, HP, Compaq, etc.) may require extensive rebuilding which cannot be performed by our department.
