You will be required to prepare three written assignments. The first assignment
is an outline of your argument. The second assignment is a complete draft of your
appellate brief. The third assignment is the final brief.
Each student must complete one outline, one draft brief and one final appellate
brief. Each student must argue several practice rounds of oral argument and a
graded round before attorneys (including your Professor).
Students are also required to attend an appellate argument.
Attendance is mandatory.
