Role of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board

The Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board is comprised of third year day and fourth year evening students who have successfully completed the Appellate Advocacy course and who have demonstrated strong writing and oral advocacy skills.

Each Board Member, working individually or as part of a team, prepares a Record on Appeal and corresponding Bench Memorandum for use in Appellate Advocacy classes.
