The Bureau is charged with protecting investors by enforcing New Jersey’s Uniform Securities Law, N.J.S.A. 49:3-47 et. seq (the “Law”). The Bureau regulates securities firms, stock brokers and investment advisers, as well as securities offerings into or from New Jersey.
