Prerequisites: Minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA; Criminal Law
Co-requisites: Criminal Procedure I or II
Note: Applicants must be U.S. citizens; all offers of employment are contingent upon a successful background check.


The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, Criminal Division, is responsible for the investigation and prosecution of violations of the federal criminal laws. Student interns are afforded the opportunity to participate in the wide range of work performed by Assistant United States Attorneys.
