Curricular Guide Sheet
Corporate Law

Attorneys practicing in the corporate and business sector are required to apply legal principles from different areas of the law to the multi-faceted problems that often confront businesses.  In this regard, corporate law practice can vary substantially depending on whether one contemplates a practice serving large corporate clients versus small family or closely held companies.  As such, there is no single prescribed curriculum for students interested in corporate practice. The corporate law faculty believe, however, that the following courses are all highly valuable.
