Completion of Assignments

All papers and written assignments must be completed and submitted by the last day of class in the semester assigned. Upon written application, the faculty member may grant an extension, but not beyond the last day of classes of the succeeding semester. And in such case, the faculty member must give written notice of the extension to the Dean of Students prior to the examination period of the semester in which the course was given.

Clinical assignments must be completed within 45 days following the last day of classes in the semester.

For courses in which a letter grade is given, failure to submit the completed assignment by the due date will result in a grade of "F" for the course which will be averaged like any other grade of "F". For failing to submit the completed assignments by the due date in Pass/D or Fail courses, a grade of "F" will be entered. This grade will be computed for averaging and counted as a grade of "F" in computing total number of grades of "F" received, and will also be counted as a grade of "F" in computing total credits of "D" and "F" and total number of credits attempted.
