Under the
direction of Gary Bavero,
Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and Policy, this office works in conjunction with the
Associate Dean for Academic Affairs to plan and organize
registration, including class scheduling. The Registrar
administers three exam periods, assigns
anonymous
numbers, and posts grades on the web.
This office handles many
other matters including degree audits; tuition
reimbursement requests; verification of student status
for loan deferral, insurance or transportation fare
reduction; preparation of transcripts; change of
address, name, telephone or status; questions regarding
ranks, averages or incomplete grades; course withdrawal;
and much more.
The Registrar’s office
is located on the third floor. Its hours of operation
are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday,
and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Fridays. Special arrangements
can be made for appointments during off hours.
