Clinic Credits and Requirements

Clinic Credits

Students may not receive credit towards graduation for more than twelve credits of clinical work (neither journals nor externships are included in the limitation). Students interested in clinics should apply to the particular clinic they seek to join. Selection to a clinic may not be announced prior to registration. Do not register for a clinic if you have not been notified of your acceptance!

Clinic Requirements - Minimum Cumulative G.P.A. - 2.60

Prerequisite to Clinic:

Evidence- This course is a prerequisite for any clinic which permits students to appear in court under the "Student Practice" rule section of the New Jersey Court Rules.

Professional Responsibility - This course is a prerequisite for any clinic which permits students to appear in court under the "Student Practice" rule section of the New Jersey Court Rules. Even students who will not be engaged in student practice under the New Jersey Court Rules must have taken the course in Professional Responsibility prior to enrolling in a clinic.
