Refund Policy

A Certification Program for Pharmaceutical,
Biotech and Medical Device Compliance Officers |
| Cancellations/Substitutions: Cancellations
for the March 2-5, 2009 Health Care Compliance
Certification Program must be received no later than 5 p.m. on
February 16, 2009.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after
this date. Timely cancellations will receive a refund of
registration fees, less a $70 administrative fee.
Individuals may also roll over registration
to the next program. Those who cannot make it have the
option to send a substitute from their place of business.
If this is the case, please forward the name of the person
who is not coming and the contact information for the
individual who will be taking his or her place. This
information may be directed to
