Faculty Evaluations


  

At the last class of each semester students are asked to evaluate their professors in a scale from "Strongly Agree" through "Strongly Disagree".  Strongly Agree equaling 5 and Strongly Disagree equaling 1The evaluations on the web are based on the median of question number nine.

  1. Professor displayed knowledge and command of the subject matter.

  2. Professor appropriately addressed questions in class.

  3. Professor enhanced my appreciation for the subject matter.

  4. Professor was enthusiastic about the subject matter.

  5. Professor was prepared for class.

  6. I would not have learned so much had I simply done the readings on my own without attending class.

  7. If I sought out the professor outside of class, the professor was available and receptive to me; if I did not seek out the professor outside of class, it was not because the professor made me feel unwelcome.

  8. Professor's organization of the course was effective.

  9. Overall, the professor was effective in teaching this course.

  10. I would take another course from this professor.
