Bedroom/2 Bathroom house, currently
occupied only by me. House is furnished
and has a living room, dining room, full
kitchen with newer appliances, back deck
with gas grill,, washer/dryer in
basement; storage in basement and attic;
ample on street parking and parking in
front of detached garage. 3 zone
heating, central air, and Verizon FIOS
wireless internet/cable are included.
Two rooms are available, both are on the
second floor (which is where an office
and the upstairs bathroom are). The
larger room is 12x12 and the smaller is
12x10, both have are unfurnished but
have their own closet and two windows
for ample lighting. The larger room has
a cable hookup and box for Verizon Fios.
Both rooms are unfurnished.
The house is in a completely safe and
crime free town. Its a 20 minute drive
to the law school. It is a 7 minute walk
to the Raritan Valley NJ Transit train
which goes into Newark (4th
stop) and the same distance to the 113
express bus into NYC. The location is
about a 5 minute ride to both Parkway
Exits 137 (Cranford) and 135 (Westfield). Unami Park is
about a 5 min walk and downtown Cranford
and Westfield are just a few minutes away.
Rent is $750 for the larger bedroom
(12x12) and $650 for the smaller (12x10)
bedroom, which includes all utilities
(gas/electric/water/cable/internet). No
broker's fee and 1 month security. I
prefer a 1 year lease but am flexible.
