Seton Hall sponsors students who
represent the school in selected interscholastic appellate
moot court competitions ("MCCs"). The students
participate under the guidance of a faculty advisor for
the individual competition and Professor Jodi Hudson Anders,
Director of Interscholastic Moot Court Competitions.
Participating students are eligible for one academic
credit in the Spring Semester.
Seton Hall’s interscholastic moot
court program consists of two components: "core
competitions," for which teams of participating
students are chosen through a highly competitive
application process in the spring (for competitions the
following year), and the "Dean’s discretionary
competitions," which are other competitions that the
school may enter under special circumstances.
Information about the program can be obtained
online or from
Jodi Hudson Anders in the Journal Suite, Room 211
