I understand that the program may be canceled due to low enrollment or if Cairo, Egypt is declared to be an area of instability by the U.S. State Department. Tuition and educational fees will be fully refunded in the event of cancellations as stated above.

I understand that acceptance of any credit or grade for any courses taken in the program is subject to determination by my school. I also understand that it is unlikely that participation in foreign summer programs may be used to accelerate graduation.
