REQUIREMENTS
All applicants must have completed at least one year of
law school at the time of the Program’s inception.
Students of Seton Hall University School of Law must have
a GPA not less than 2.33 after fall semester 2007.
Applicants from other schools must submit a copy of their
law school transcript and a letter of good academic
standing from their respective dean’s office. If an
applicant is already admitted to the practice of law, a
letter from the court of admission will serve in lieu of
the above.
REGISTRATION
Enrollment in the program is limited to 30 students
based on a belief that smaller is better. A smaller group
allows for a more personal learning experience while
enjoying the beauty and diversity of Italy. The program is
designed to encourage independence, along with the comfort
and support of assistance when needed. Group activities
are scheduled to promote greater interaction and
cohesiveness among the students and faculty.
Registration
deadline will be April 15, 2008 and $250.00
non-refundable payment toward tuition
must be made to Seton Hall University to secure a seat.
If additional places are available after that date,
students may be admitted to the program subject to the
discretion of the Program Director.
Students who wish to secure a seat in the program may
do so by registering early. Students will be awarded seats
in the program in the order in which their deposits are
received. All balances due must be paid by May 5, 2008 unless other arrangements are made.
Anyone who
withdraws from the program will forfeit
the down payment. Seton Hall will collect the
tuition, registration fee, housing expenses for Leuven and the $200.00 activity fee. All other
expenses, such as housing (in Parma) and transportation will be
paid by the student directly after arriving in Italy. The Hotel
Button accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
