CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
Cancellations: Individual cancellations must be received no later than 21 days before the start of the Healthcare Compliance Certification Program.
- Cancellations received at least 21 days before the start of the Program will receive a refund of registration fees, less a $100 administrative fee.
- Cancellations received between 11 and 20 days before the start of the Program will receive a 50% refund.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received within 10 days of the start of the Program.
Substitutions: Individuals unable to attend may send a substitute from their place of business. Substitution notifications must be received no later than 21 days before the start of the Program. For substitutions, please forward the name of the person who is not coming and the contact information for the individual who will be taking his or her place to HealthLaw@shu.edu.
