The CSJ has pursued a number of civil consumer fraud actions against this Newark real estate developer and property flipper, alleging Consumer Fraud Act and other violations for actions similar to those to which he pled guilty. We continue to represent those victimized by these practices and are pursuing civil remedies on their behalf.
