- SOS is a private non-profit agency providing shelter and
support services to battered women and their children.
Clients face a myriad of legal challenges including:
restraining orders, child support, visitation, divorce,
immigration, bankruptcy and assaults. Student
responsibilities include interviewing clients,
accompanying clients to appointments with their attorney
and to court meetings with clients to explain their
rights, laws and court procedures, preparing legal
documents and researching the law.
Eligibility: All law students.
