Since Seton Hall Law School is an accredited provider of New Jersey CLE courses and the event will take place in New Jersey, New York has granted reciprocity to our program. Therefore, pursuant to New York rules, we will no longer issue New York CLE certificates. However, you will receive a New Jersey CLE certificate for your attendance which may be used to seek credit in New York. For more information on NY rules please see page 15 of the NY State CLE regulations and guidelines available at http://www.nycourts.gov/attorneys/cle/regulationsandguidelines.pdf.

Seton Hall Law School is also an accredited provider for Pennsylvania CLE. If you are seeking Pennsylvania CLE credits, please be sure to provide your Pennsylvania attorney identification number and request a Pennsylvania certification and evaluation form at registration (check-in).
