Thirteenth Annual Sandra Day O'Connor Medal of Honor Reception

The Women's Law Forum, together with Law Review and Legislative Journal, presented the Honorable Sandra Day O'Connor with a medal of honor on November 26, 1996. This event commemorated the 5th Anniversary of the Sandra Day O'Connor Medal of Honor Ceremony. This award is meant to honor women who have distinguished themselves as "erudite scholars and compassionate jurists." In past years, this award has been given to Hilary Rodham Clinton, Judge Patricia McGowen, Barbara Jordan, and Judge Marion Trump Berry .

This year, we will award the Medal of Honor to the Honorable Reena Raggi from the Second Circuit. The award ceremony will take place on Thursday, November 2, 2006 , at 4pm in the Auditorium. It will be followed by a reception.

All are welcome.  Please RSVP to Corinne McCann by Monday, October 30th: mccannco@shu.edu or (732) 241-6552.
