| Biography |

Professor Kelly received his B.S. from
St. Joseph's University and his J.D.
from Temple University School of Law.
Following law school, he clerked for the
Honorable A. Jerome Moore, Criminal
Assignment Judge in Mercer County, New
Jersey. Thereafter, he worked on
behalf of indigent individuals at the
Community Health Law Project and then
Hudson County Legal Services.
During that time, he was also a member
of the District VI Ethics Committee and
the Early Settlement Panel for the
Family Court in Hudson County.
Professor Kelly also worked for New
Jersey Protection and Advocacy in
Trenton, New Jersey, handling impact
litigation cases in federal and state
court on behalf of disabled individuals.
Professor Kelly is a Clinical Associate
Professor at the Center for Social
Justice in the Family Law Clinic.
He teaches Family Law, Marriage and
Divorce, Family Mediation
and Family and the State.
He is also director of the Alternate
Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program.
