Professor Ambrosio received his B.A. from Montclair State University and J.D. from Catholic University. He has also been a Visiting Professor at Southwestern University Law School and a Visiting Scholar at the University of Florence. He was named Professor of the Year for 1988 by the Delta Theta Phi International Legal Fraternity. He has published in the areas of legal ethics and professional malpractice. Professor Ambrosio is an Associate of the Columbia University Graduate Seminar on the History of Legal and Political Thought and Institutions and was a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and New Jersey Supreme Court Committees to evaluate the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct. He was the founder and first director of the Seton Hall Law School Clinical Programs. He came to Seton Hall in 1970.
