Professor Baker received his
A.B. from Yale University, his J.D. from the University of Michigan and his
LL.M. from New York University. He was an associate of Rockefeller Brothers Fund and a human rights officer for the United Nations. He previously taught at Capital University. He came to Seton Hall in 1975.
